INTERNAL COMMITTEE FOR GENDER SENSITIZATION CELL

There is a meeting held at the office of the Chairman, Upasana College of Pharmacy, Purba Barddhaman on 16 January, 2024. The internal committee for Gender Sensitization Cell is aimed at preventing inappropriate behavior against specific groups of people, such as those based on sex, age, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, mental illness or ability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity/expression, sex characteristics, religion, creed, or individual political beliefs.

Function

To provide protection against sexual harassment of women at work, as well as the prevention and redress of sexual harassment complaints, and for matters related to or incidental to this.

Frequency

The meeting of the internal committee for Gender Sensitization will be held once a year.
