ANTI-RAGGING CELL

There is a meeting held at the office of the Chairman, Upasana College of Pharmacy, PurbaBarddhaman on 16 January, 2024. The main aim and objective of the meeting is to "STOP RAGGING", preventing and banning activities of ragging menace within and outside the Institution campus in accordance with the Rule and Regulation of the Affiliated by West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Function

To supervise and advise in preserving a culture of Ragging Free Environment on the college campus. The main objective of this cell is to aware the students of the dehumanizing effect of ragging inherent in its perversity.

Frequency

The meeting of the anti-ragging committee will be held once a year. In the meeting observing against the various aspects of Ragging, a committee has been formed as "Anti-Ragging Squad" as follows:
